5:00. earl, of course, with category 4. we'll take you here now to it. sustained winds over 125 miles an hour. what you're seeing here are the watches and warnings, currently in effect. along the beaches here. we're looking at hurricane watches they mean basically that the conditions are favorable, within 36 to 48 hours. but the tropical storm warnings that are in effect now, means that those conditions are eminent. we can expect winds between 39 to 74 miles an hour along the shore in the areas where the warnings are in effect. but again, all of the shore is definitely under those watches for the next 48 hours or so. what you're seeing there also in the green. a lot of concern for a lot. folks. baltimore county. right along the western shores of the bay. we have coastal flood watches in effect. basically, talking about the tide. and the higher than average tide. bernadette will talk about here. they are going into effect. tomorrow morning, and through late tomorrow night. what we're seeing
